One of our favorite ways to illustrate our songs is with a Cranky, an art film on paper. We wrote this song about Malala Yousafzai, during our study of Women's Wisdom. This was a community project, both in composing the song and illustrating the Cranky.

Sometimes a concept that is hard for students to grasp becomes easy when we write a song about it. We have written songs about Punctuation, the Oceans, the Secrets of Math, and the 5 Freedoms in the UN Rights of the Child. This one is about LONG & SHORT VOWELS.
