Drawing from my love of diverse melodies and rhythms, we'll dive into songs from global and local repertoires, and maybe even a Polyrhythmic Multi-Lingua Musical Collage. We’ll sing Rounds & Partner Songs, Bobby McFerrin style Circle Songs, and in-the-moment Improvised Creations.
~ Singers of all abilities, styles, and experience are welcome ~ ~ No music reading required. ~

And now the Cabbagetown community, where she was born and raised, is honoring her legacy with the Joyce Brookshire Amphitheater! All Singing: The Elise Witt Songbook
58 original songs arranged for solo and community singing
“Elise’s provocative songs ask you to think, to act, to enjoy, to fully engage in life. She invites you to stretch not only your voice, but your expectations and assumptions.”
~ Terry Garthwaite, Joy of Cooking, Natural Rhythms, composer, concert artist
"A beautiful and breathtaking songbook in its variety of wonderful songs, its scope of musical styles and subjects, its accessible and lovely artistic design, and its charming stories about each piece, as well as about Elise's remarkable journey through her musical life. Elise's brilliant artistry shines through these pages!"
~ Joanne Hammil, composer, performer, choral director
