DESCRIPTION:Concert w/ Elise Byrant\, Jane Sapp\, SAV B\, and the Black Workers Center Chorus for the People’s Music Network Summer Convergence\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Summer Convergence of the People’s Music Network for Songs of Freedom and Struggle takes place June 4-6\, 2021 in a series of Zoom Rooms\, led by experienced facilitators. This global online event includes an opening concert\, multiple workshops on the role of music in peace and justice movements\, skill building workshops for activist musicians\, and participatory song circles. Attendees may also sign up for a performance slot in the Round Robin\, and reconnect with others during the built-in social times.
