Person 1 exhales on the one sound that represents their sound in that moment. Once the pitch comes out, stay committed to it, and sing that pitch for one exhale. Circle inhales. Group sings the exact pitch that Person 1 sang, trying to match color, tone, pitch, volume, everything. Continue around the circle, each person taking a turn to make One Quality Sound, then listening as the Circle gives it back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: One + One Quality Sound<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Person 1 and 2 inhale together (Circle breathes with them) and exhale on their own personal Quality Sound. Group listens to the 2 note interval that is held as long as breath. Continue around the Circle in Duets &#8211; Person 2 and 3 \/ Person 3 and 4 \/ and so on&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: One + One + One Quality Sound<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Same as Step 2 but with Trios around the Circle ie.
