The Eastern Shore provides a unique ecosystem to connect deeply to the poetic and musical urges that come with beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water and the living beings that make this place their home. In this workshop we will step into the heart of listening and bring our revelations in sound and song.

The weekend will be bursting with Singing and settling with Silence: ~ Morning meditation, Chant and Qi gong, Songs, Harmony, Improvisation, Deep listening, and Vocal exploration.

There will be opportunities for kayaking, swimming, bicycling, walking, birding, and personal discovery.

Elise and Gayanne will lay a framework for connecting with each other and the land/water as all of this offers a conduit to our creativity. We will tune into the story of human impact on this fragile ecosystem. We intend to sing, play, care for each other well, and open to what emerges.
