Introducing the new song for our 3rd Art-Music-Video!

“Who Taught You (Quem Te Ensinou)” is a Brazilian folk song. It originally has only 1 verse, so I have added many more verses and I invite you to send an image of your original artwork (all genres welcome!) to be part of the 3rd in a series of Art-Music-Videos I have been dreaming up since 2020, with the help of many people of all ages around the world. You can watch the first 2 Art-Music-Videos at the links below… and if you were one of the contributors… Thank you!!

We will premiere the song on the Daily Antidote of Song, which you can watch live, or tune in anytime later on YouTube. There will be a link to a folder where you can upload your original artwork – create something new, or find something in your archives that illustrates one of the verses!

Artist/Film Maker Monica Villavicencio will compile the images to flow with the music, creating the “Who Taught You” Art-Music-Video, which we will premiere on the Daily Antidote of Song at the beginning of February – stay tuned!

* Jenny Jenkins was the 1st Art-Music-Video, inspired by the Smithsonian Archive Challenge. I changed the traditional grumpy Jenny, who didn’t like any colors, to an enthusiastic wearer of many colors, who was also inspired by RBG and John Lewis!
